“I contacted Bryce just yesterday. He sat and listened to my whole frantic story. The situation was very intense involving my apartment complex and a sick child. Bryce was patient, kind and caring. He took time with me yesterday. So I call back today because I was just all out of whack not knowing what to do or my next steps. Bryce took the time AGAIN to listen to my updates.
